First, there was the outside work carried out by Guy. He checked height and position of the rails at every stage with me, to ensure they met my needs. The work was very good, and to a high standard. One week later the internal adaptations were carried out by Steve and Carl. These included fitting a new WC and hand rails in the cloakroom, and converting the en-suite bathroom into a wet room.As with the outside work, we were consulted at every stage to ensure it all met our requirements. The care and attention to detail the team took during the work cannot be praised enough.
We now have adaptations that have been tailored to my needs and a bespoke wet room that not only does what we wanted but looks very smart indeed.
We would have no doubts in using Adaptive Services again.

Just had a new toilet installed by your wonderful plumber Terry. He did an amazing job and we are 100 percent happy with the job he did for us. Just want to say thank you Terry, and thank you colin for the fantastic and sympathetic service we were given, not just installing the toilet you have just done but also the stair rails you installed for my partner last year, which has made such a difference to his life due to his Parkinson’s Disease. We will always use your services.

I can understand why you recommended Colin to me. He is very easy to get on with and very understanding. Also, Terry, who did the actual fitting work is just a very nice person and very easy to get on with. He stayed behind late each day to make sure the fitting was carried out within the agreed time scales and wanted to make sure the shower was available for use by the end of the week. I am very grateful to you also for all your help.

We had a ramp installed for wheelchair access to our house. We also had raised decking installed for wheelchair access from our house to the garden. We are very impressed with the work carried out, which was done professionally by friendly people . It was a pleasure to have them in our home.
