Here at Adaptive Services we pride ourselves on our after sales service. We offer a fully comprehensive care and repair service not only for products we have sold but also for equipment you may have purchased elsewhere.

We carry out maintenance to a whole range of mobility products as well as certifying patient lifting equipment to comply with LOLER and carry out the repair, service and calibration of pressure relieving air flow mattresses.

All work is undertaken by fully experienced and trained service personnel, to the highest of standards and all work is fully guaranteed. We use only genuine parts many of which are sourced direct from the parts manufacturer rather than the products at much more competitive prices.

For mobile items you can choose to bring your equipment to us or if you prefer and for more static items we can arrange for an engineer to visit you at home to carry out the required works. Please ask one of our helpful advisors for a quotation if you require one.

Spares & consumables:

We can supply all spare parts for you to fit yourself but for lifting equipment and stairlifts we would advise that all parts are fitted by a qualified engineer.

We hold a range of the common items in stock at our site in Coton such as batteries, tubes, ferrules etc. but if we don’t have what you require for your exact model it normally only takes about 2-3 working days to get into stock and in some cases overnight.
